Not in the office regularly? Try our Simplex OnDemand platform that includes Yoga, HIIT, Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, and much more. New classes are added each week. Inquire with the onsite fitness team on how to sign up.

Our certified personal trainers are onsite to offer 1:1, partner or group training to all members at an affordable rate.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. We ask for you to provide 10 days notice prior to your next billing cycle to ensure you don’t get billed again. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
